**Your opportunity

As an In Store Made to Measure Specialist, you will be responsible for developing Zegna's made-to-measure business in terms of turnover, and image.

Cultivating relationships with our clients, you will help to define the sartorial identity of our clientele.

- Attend an extensive training programme to master sartorial knowledge and understand Zegna's customer focused business approach.

- Guarantee the highest customer experience by anticipating client needs and ensuring rapid and effective problem-solving.

- Use your entrepreneurial mindset to identify, propose and execute MTM business opportunities.

For this role, we're looking for someone who:

- Conveys a deep interest in the world of luxury and fashion, and passion for the creative direction of Ermenegildo Zegna.

- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.

- Is fluent in Italian, English

- Has at least 1/2 years of MTM experience.
