What makes you, makes Zegna The Zegna In Store Personalization Specialist is responsible for promoting and expanding the MTM and Personalization business both in-store and within the city. They manage VIP clients, ensure a seamless and personalized customer journey, and organize MTM appointments with a focus on the selling ceremony. The Specialist has expertise in personalization, including leathers and ultra-luxury fabrics, and trains the team on various MTM offerings. Additionally, they monitor sales data, maintain accurate records, and propose strategies to drive business growth and improve performance.

What makes up your day Promote MTM products and Personalization services. Organize and attend the MTM appointments during the season, with particular attention to the MTM selling ceremony. Manage VIP Clients, and actively solve problems to satisfy customer needs. Develop client relationships with a focus on VIP clients. Identify and oversee the guest journey from ready-to-wear proposals to personalization programs. Have a full understanding of the personalization program with expertise in leathers, skins, and ultra-luxury fabrics. Grow team knowledge and understanding of all personalization offerings including luxury leisurewear, luxury tailoring, and made-to-order options. Ensure correct data entry and necessary checks. Analyze and monitor the MTM sales data for the shop/city. Propose development actions for the MTM business improvement. What makes you, makes our team For this role, we're looking for someone who:

Has knowledge of fabric and fine leathers. Has experience in personalization services. Possesses excellent relational skills, with a customer-oriented approach. Has a deep interest and passion for the fashion world. Is fluent in English.
