In Store Strategic Planning Manager Emea
JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The WHS In Store Strategic Planning Manager reports to the Head of WHS Sell-Out Team.
He or she will be responsible to guide Local Teams on the TMK Budget allocation, in planning and executing Visibility Strategy in stores and to boost Sell-Out Activities for all the distribution channel of the EMEA Region (e. g.
optical, sport, electronic goods, distributors.
)
This will entail an excellent knowledge of the markets and our customers, a close monitoring of TM expenses and TM plans to ensure an alignment of the global TM marketing strategy with local mkt needs.
The key task of the role is a TMK Platform development and management.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
- Planning and Monitoring of the main TM activities and TMK investments in the markets developing a strong ROI mindset within the Team and within the company
- Develop an excellent knowledge of the markets and different channels with the aim to ensure the proper level of investment in different sell out activities
- Integrate within the Team the lenses TMK activities and develop the EL 360° consumer journey project
- TMK Platforms project management
- Share best practices with all the markets of the region
- Organize meetings/canvass with all the markets ( at ww level) /twice a year/coordinating all the Team members
- People management and development (Team of 3 HC's)
- Collaborate with different stakeholders e. g.
In Store Experience Department, POP Supply Chain, Digital Team, Business Brand Managers with the aim to streamline processes and work in structured way on the main priorities for the wholesale channel
NETWORK OF INTERACTION:
INTERNAL : WHS EL Subsidiaries / Marketing and Trade Mktg Teams, Corporate BM's, BBM's / POP SC TeaM/Finance, Corporate WHS Excellence Team, corporate IT Team, Tools Creation Team, POP Supply Chain and Digital Team
EXTERNAL : Nextore, for fixtures implementations, Axians, service provider for store digitalization
TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Trade Marketing and/or Category Management Expertise;
- excellent knowledge of the Trade Marketing Activities in a multinational company managing a portfolio of brands - preferable in the wholesale channel / environment
- Project Management, highly organized at work, experience in managing complex projects within a matrixed organization, highly oriented to the results, creative problem solving
- Economics, business development expertise, budget management, definition of quantitative KPI's, ROI monitoring
- People management, experience in team management, in team work, and in empower the organization
- Communication, good experience in project presentations and interpersonal relationship
