Apply now for the position of Customer Service Engineer for Liguria and Piemonte region, and you will be responsible to install, configure and maintain Healthcare Diagnostic equipment with reference to Nuclear Medicine (MI) within the designated area. Your role:You will have a customer's face to face relationship. You will ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets. You will work with Project Managers and Application Specialists to successfully implement complex solutions. You will interact with the Customer Care Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues. You will report in a timely manner all potential issue to the dedicated Complaint Unit. Your expertise:At least 3 years of experience in similar positions in Healthcare. Or at least 3 years of experience as Service Technician in automation or industrial electronic sectors. Resident in Liguria or Piemonte area. Degree in Electronic Engineering or high school diploma in Electronic. Digital Healthcare general knowledge. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Windows, Excel, Word knowledge. Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy as needed. Availability to travel mainly in North Italy, occasionally in other Regions and abroad.
