Position Overview

We are looking for a smart and passionate Inbound associate who will closely monitor, as part of the Traffic team, the EMEA inbound shipments and will act as point of contact for the various inbond partners, from freight forwarders to the Distrubution Center Operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Follow up shipments from departure to delivery, monitor delays and in transit issues.

Ensure systems, both RL and Customs - are reflecting the most updated information and work with our partners to resolve possible technical transmission problems.

Work with Customs to ensure proper documentation is received, ensure it is complete and correct and manage possible issues.

Work closely with external and internal partners such as carriers, freight forwarders, buyers, global transportation team etc.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

A good knowledge of the English language is required together with IT skills.

We are looking for a collaborative, responsible and dedicated person with good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in supply chain and logistics is appreciated.
