Based in our headquarter office in **Carpi (MO) **we're looking for an **Inbound Logistics Associate **to support the coordination of all system & communication related activities ensuring that customer orders, served out of local distribution centers, are fulfilled by on time and in full delivery.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Checking and sorting shipping documents and custom bills;

- Providing the correct declarations to custom clear the goods;

- Uploading the data related to the goods in transit;

- Planning timely warehouse deliveries taking into account priorities and the actual spaces available;

- Preparing weekly reports of the goods to be delivered and answering general inquires on deliveries.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- Forwarding experience preferred;

- Inbound offices experience;

- University Degree or Administrative background;

- Fluent oral/written English is a must;

- SAP knowledge is a plus

- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize;

- Interpersonal skills to cooperate with people from other departments and managerial levels;

- Customer orientation;

- Ability to multitask and resist under pressure and stressful situations;

- A precise person with good time management skills;

- Team player
