As the world's largest food waste-fighting app, we connect stores that have unsold, surplus food with consumers like yourself, who can purchase the surplus food for a third of the price, while saving it from being thrown away.

**Your mission

As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you are in charge of turning interest into passion: contact all stores as fast as possible and sell Too Good To Go to turn everyone into an ambassador!

Inbound Sales specialists are responsible for sharing our values with all new partners: First impressions count!

**Your role

- Negotiation and persuasion: you educate and empower stores that have reached out to us to join Too Good To Go and fight against food waste together.

- Set up the best offer to fit the stores' needs and inspire them to sell their leftovers.

- Train the stores and their employees on using our platform to get rid of their food waste.

- Follow up with the stores: you will keep the relationship with the store for 6 weeks to make sure they are fully set up to enable them to hit the ground running and maximize their impact.

- You will be an expert in converting and developing partnerships and will optimize new sales processes, sales coaching, data analysis and synergy with other teams. Your strengths and your focus will play an important part in helping us to keep scaling and impacting our fight against food waste!

**Requirements**:

- You have experience working within a sales environment

- You're a fantastic speaker (and listener) with the ability to quickly connect and establish a relationship with potential partners - bakeries, restaurants, cafes and more.

- You have zero fear of the phone and the tenacity to keep trying when things get tough.

- You're rigorous and organized: you like to get things done well.

- You're data-driven, having already worked with Salesforce and have basic knowledge of Excel.

- You're independent: you know how to schedule your time to help you juggle multiple projects.

- You're a team player and know how to create synergy with other areas of the business to help fight food waste together.
