The main task of the Supervisor is to manage directly a team of up to 3 Team Leader and indirectly approximately 13 people (workers) in order to deliver a high quality of service to our Dealers and Distributors or to the other AGCO Warehouses.

It could be on an Inbound flow from Suppliers or on an Outbound flow to our Dealers.

Supervisors will also be a natural part in the on going and day to day, continuous improvement process.

A part of that, the jobholder have to be in direct contact with Manager Operations PDC, Parts EME, as the local Warehouse Manager can be involved in projects.

**Your Impact

- To develop Team performance in order to reach objectives given by the Warehouse Manager.

- To guarantee the level of safety of his working environment and to adapt methods and working procedures in order to protect his team.

- To manage working time, to schedule job rotation, to follow employee vacation, overtime assignments for permanent and agency staff.

- To manage individual appraisals, team development in term of training, skills matrix

- To develop a co-operative and efficient work-environment (daily management up to disciplinary aspects)

**Your Experience and Qualifications

- Good level in English

- Preferably 2 years of experience on a supervision position OR 5 years minimum of experience in a similar environment

- Ability to use Microsoft pack, WMS and OASIS
