Position Overview Monitor Ocean, Air & Ground shipments from vendors and act as the point of contact for various inbound partners, from freight forwarders to the Distribution Center Operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Follow up on shipments from vendor departure to Distribution Center delivery, ensuring shipments depart on time, tracking in-transit milestones, confirming delivery, and approving related freight costs.

Ensure systems - both RL and Customs - reflect the most updated information and work with partners to resolve possible technical transmission problems.

Work with Customs to ensure proper documentation is received, ensuring it is complete and correct, and manage possible issues.

Collaborate closely with external and internal partners such as carriers, freight forwarders, buyers, and the global transportation team.

Conduct data accuracy reviews.

Update system data.

Prepare KPI reporting.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge Applicant must speak Italian and English.

6-12 months experience in a related role.

Good analytical skills required, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Results-oriented with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and an ambition to grow and learn.
