Introduction**:The Incentive Compensation (IC) Vertical IDM Regional Team in Biopharma Ops is hiring an enthusiastic and innovative IC Manager to manage IC operations in Italy and Mid-Size EU Markets.
**Why Patients Need You**:Incentive Compensation is a service vertical within Biopharma Ops and the Customer Facing Enablement Team responsible for driving Incentive Compensation (IC) service delivery activities to allow Customer Facing Colleagues to drive quality at scale in their day-to-day activities.
This role is part of the IC Vertical IDM Regional team and will strategically collaborate with the Incentive Compensation Region and other Biopharma Ops Leads, and Biopharma Ops Partners (BOPs) to operationalize key Incentive Compensation Services for Italy and Mid-Size EU.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Drives Incentive Compensation Services in Italy & Mid-Size EU:
- Drives and oversees Incentive Compensation processes for sales representatives
- Proactively identifies potential Incentive Compensation compliance risks and partners with Biopharma Quality to manage these
- Exercises independent judgement to improve Incentive Compensation service delivery:
- Streamlines and scales systems across Europe and BUs with central support
- Identifies needs for innovation or operational support.
- Takes appropriate / compliant risks to advance innovative processes and methodologies for moderately complex problems
- Drives alignment to the Incentive Compensation Design and Global Vertical service catalog definition, processes, enhancements, and strategies
- Drives transformation: standardization, optimization and automation towards higher efficiency, better service quality, and faster solution provisioning
- Ensures the collection and provision of service delivery data and insights to support further service delivery optimization, to enhance effectiveness of daily service delivery operations, and to provide insight for Biopharma Ops
- Ensures the usage of Biopharma Ops service delivery tools and platforms
- Improves quality, consistency (One Pfizer), and compliance across BUs
- Ensures all service delivery meets agreed in place quality plans in collaboration with CQO and HR Global Compensation to meet compliance policies, guidelines and procedures
- Defines priorities and allocates resources to drive efficient and effective client engagement:
- Forecasts and plans resource requirements for projects across Incentive Compensation
- Possesses a deep understanding of business landscapes and BU strategies to determine key priorities and their impact on Incentive Compensation activities
- Proactively engages with Biopharma Ops Partners (BOPs) and BU leads to understand and 1) ensure alignment of Biopharma Ops' client strategies and 2) determines optimal resource allocation and investment that enables efficient and high-quality HCP engagement
- Manages his/her budget to ensure service delivery commitment and financial expectations are met
- Will align, contribute to and implement the new Incentive Compensation Design capabilities that are part of the vertical roadmap and strategy
**What You Offer**:Basic Qualifications:
- Scientific Degree (Economics, Management Engineer)
- 3 years of commercial experience
- Incentive Compensation experience
- Fluency in English
- Proven track record of delivering business performance
- Demonstrated history of leading innovation/transformation
- Delivery of exceptional customer services and experiences
- Track record for building strong cultures
- Demonstrated agility and ability to independently drive program completion in expedited timelines
