Incident & Reporting Governance Expert
The main purposes will be to be the primary point of contact and source of truth about incident, both Infrastructural and Applicative, to see the big picture, manage all the moving pieces, know what's been tried and what's still on the radar and plan for and manage next steps and report them.
Communicate quickly and accurately with system users, internal stakeholders, leadership, involving the appropriate people during an incident, training team members on best practices for not only incident management, but also communication during an incident and reporting after the incident.
Be the focal point within Incident & Problem Team on Governance side.
**Key Responsibilities
- To participate and cooperate to Incident and Problem activities both on governance and technical side.
- Daily managing of resources allocation due to bank's priority in an Agile context.
- Keep tools and reporting aligned according to minimum standards and best practice
- Audit support
- To be the Chairman of business and technical processes assessment in collaboration with stakeholders and other functions
- To participate and supporting developers in Technical Analisys phase
- To test support and problem determination
- To participate and collaborate in the definition of new suppliers and contract requirements
- To breaking down requirements and technical solution into proper slice (User Story) thoroughly examining the costs, benefits and risks of various options prior to selecting an approach;
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent
- +3 years' experience in the same role in a complex environment with 24/7 service availability
- Excellent knowledge of technical and functional flows
- Good knowledge of Agile paradigm
- Good knowledge of Service Now and Azure Devops is a plus.
- Good knowledge of retail banking business
- Good knowledge of project management
- Good English knowledge (written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Power Point and Excel
