About the Company:

for an innovative company, specialized in the IT Security field, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for a Incident Handler L1.

Core Responsibilities:

Participate actively in the resolution of incidents, even after they are escalated

Carry out the alert triage (initial assessing the priority of the event, identify false positives)

Consolidate data from alert triage to provide context necessary to escalate to L2/L3

Carry out limited response to end users for low complexity incidents

Provide feedback to L2, L3 about SIEM use cases, playbooks, and automations

Run vulnerability scans

Participate in Cyber Deception plans

Review assessments reports and collaborate with L2 and L3 SOC operators on their resolution

Job requirements Must Have:

Knowledge related to the configuration and maintenance of security monitoring and reporting platforms

Knowledge of emerging information security technologies

Bachelor's or master's degree with qualifications in computer science, telecommunication engineering and information technology, cyber security, or equivalent education experience

Certifications:

ISACA CSX. , CEH (EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker), CIH (EC-Council Certified Incident Handler), CSA (EC-Council Certified SOC Analyst), CND (EC-Council Computer Network Defender), CompTIA Cybersecurity+, CompTIA Network+.
