Enhanced recovery protocols after surgery are part of clinical practice in dedicated and reference centers, but their characteristics are constantly evolving in relation to new surgical and anesthesiological techniques. In particular, the use of robotic surgery seems to have a significant impact on their applicability and on the related results. The enrolled researcher will have to investigate the evolution of rapid recovery protocols after colorectal surgery, also in relation to the use of the robotic surgical technique, and the impact of the individual measures that compose them on the results, also in relation to the incidence of complications.
