ResponsibilitiesOperate according to the Procurement Guidelines for the Indirect Categories within Supply Chain (Utilities) and Commercial /Trade MarketingSpend analysis looking for definition of actions that will add valueExecute sourcing tasks for the assigned categories at local level and in alignment with Group ProcurementScouting of new suppliers or new solutionsManage contracts with respect to deadlines and renewalsMonitor KPIs for the assigned Categories and identify any actions for improvementManage relationships with internal and external stakeholdersQualificationsDegree in economics or management engineeringBetween 1 - 4 years of experience working on a similar role or in procurementKnowledge about supply chain, trade marketing & procurement cyclesWorking experience in a cross-cultural environment and in a matrix organization preferableExperience in SAP or other ERP system with focus on Purchasing is nice to haveAdvanced level of EnglishRequired SkillsOrientation for resultsCustomer Focus mindsetStress managementExcellent relational skillsInnovation and curious mindsetOrganizing skills and action-oriented mindsetLocationSesto San Giovanni (MI), with the possibility to work remotely 12 days a month.
