Mission of the Role

We are looking for a Buyer with previous competencies in purchasing ideally of IT services and software, digital services and software, Facilities Services, and logistics services.

The person will be part of the Corporate Purchasing department reporting to the Purchasing Director.

Key Role Responsibilities

Understanding of the opportunities of the market for IT/Digital services and software, Facilities, and logistic services.

The activities will be managed with the colleagues of the technical and services Dept involved.

Managing tender for the different project or solution requested by the internal depts

Negotiate contracts with suppliers of the above-mentioned categories

Develop strategies for suppliers to achieve the best prices

Team working with IT, Facilities and Digital Depts

Optimize supplier base and leverage spend to provide a competitive advantage

**Requirements**:

Master Degree in Economics and Business

Knowledge of purchasing processes and techniques

Knowledge of template agreement about services and its main features and KPIs

Strong negotiation skills

Knowledge of the main Cost driver of the several kinds of services above mentioned

Fluent English

Enthusiasm, Humility, Pro-activity, Passion, and Ethics complete the desired profile.
