What we are looking for

**Amplifon is seeking an intern interested in making a difference in the Indirect Procurement team.

This resource will be part of a very dynamic environment that manages multiple procurement categories both at the national and international levels.

To he/she will be asked to support the procurement team on different initiatives and special projects.

In some cases, it will be also asked to be the driver of the change by leading the project on his/her own.

**Possible activities will involve**:

- **contribute to day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring a flawless PTP process and establishing routines for continuous improvement**:

- **support sourcing activities of the Indirect goods and/or services for Corporate and Italian Affiliate**:

- **cooperate with internal stakeholders to promote alignment and achieve of business objectives**:

- **support team in managing negotiations with suppliers**:

- **Support in budget analysis

**What you'll need**:

- **Have a background in Economics, Management Engineering or similar**:

- **Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams**:

- **Are proactive and able to handle complexity**:

- **Are energetic, flexible, committed, and positive**:

- **Possess exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks**:

- **Have a natural inclination to be organized and responsive to internal and external customer requests in a timely manner**:

- **Possess a good command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
