OTB Spa is looking for an **Indirect Procurement Specialist - Logistics & Transportation**, within the Indirect Purchasing department located in the Headquarters in Breganze (VI).

The **Indirect Procurement Specialist - Logistics & Transportation** will be in charge of managing the strategic planning and category management of the assigned initiatives (focus on logistics and transportation).

The role requires perspective market knowledge and definition of category specific strategies.

He/She will be responsible for core sourcing activities: from negotiation to vendor management at group level.

The position shall manage the following key responsibilities:

- Drive implementation of new procurement procedure;

- Manage scouting of new vendors;

- Manage communication and follow up with current vendors;

- Execute periodic vendor compliance evaluation;

- Execute spend analysis in order to define project's baseline and optimization opportunities;

- Define and continuously update sourcing strategy;

- Execute benchmarking;

- Manage RFI/RFP;

- Support and coordination of the contract drafting.

Profile requirements:

- At least three years within a similar position;

- Master's degree (within economics, engineering management);

- Track record of experience within complex processes;

- Eye for detail and accuracy a must;

- Analytical skills;

- Fluent in English;

- French is a plus;

- Procurement tool knowledge;

- Relevant track record within Excel and PowerPoint.

Preference is given for: knowledge of the agile principles and interest in logistics.
