Managing the purchase and support in strategy definition of the allocated categories across the entire assigned perimeter in order to achieve optimal cost and quality results.

Define and implement improvement and synergies plans.

Responsibility for purchasing reporting system, annual Supplier evaluation.

Office operation and analytical support of the Purchasing department respecting all regulations and principles of the integrated management system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Participates in the management of the purchase of indirect spending category negotiating terms of business relationship.

Constantly maps and monitors the suppliers' market in the given category.

Continuously seeks new supply alternatives for indirect spending categories.

Cooperates in preparing and developing Company purchasing strategies.

Works closely with other company departments for the assigned indirect spending.

Support in case of complaints.

Responsibility for the KPI's calculation and purchasing reporting for designated companies.

Secure and record Corporate Responsibility (CR) agenda of designated companies.

Lead and manage supplier evaluation process supported by Purchasing Division's colleagues and other company departments for designated companies.

Gather data for supplier assessment and communicate the results to suppliers.

KEY REQUIREMENTS Economics or Engineering Degree 3 years of experience KEY DELIVERABLES Payment terms Spend management for the given Indirect families.

Purchasing KPI's and Purchasing Reporting for YTWS.
