We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our DP&S Partner & Distribution channel.

In this role you will focus on Distribution channel sales and relationships with all Distributors.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Negotiate and take responsibility of the Distribution channel forecast by product lines

- Achieve the sales target with a strong focus on increase turnover in Distribution channel increasing Canon Mash inside distris and helping to enlarge 2nd tier resellers number and sales increase

- Manage a staff of sales people and overseeing their development while monitoring progress against individual goals and improving organizational capability to ensure KPI's delivery

- Ensure correct reporting

**What we ask**:

- At least 10 years of solid experience in the role in Distribution Channel/IT Industry

- Degree required, preferably in economics

- Strong ability in working relationships (colleagues, partners and suppliers

- Goal oriented, high achiever and strong analytic skills

- Inspirational leadership skills

- Fluent in English and Italian
