Indoor Sales Specialist
Role Summary:
The Indoor Sales Specialist will be directly responsible for pricing implementation, generating competitive analysis and strengthening overall service margin and lead day-to-day operations of the Quotations section.
This position is also responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company services as well as team members.
The main role includes providing quotations to customers by utilizing sales and technical knowledge for the preparation of quotation packages.
Key responsibilities As a pillar for the Service team our Indoor Sales Specialist will be accountable for:
Generating estimations / quotations; Receiving customer instructions to render our services; Following up and corresponding with various bodies, including but not limited to agents and sales rep; Providing specialist quoting services to the branch and end user customers; To provide a central point of contact to engage with supporting departments/suppliers as necessary; Obtain and maintain current information on agents ongoing pricing structures; Communicate with all departments involved in completing quotations; Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor or manager.
Key Skills:
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices; Product knowledge (industrial doors technical knowledge is a plus); ERP knowledge Experience:
at least 1 year in an Indoor Sales Specialist; Education:
technical degree or high school diploma; IT:
