Job Description

What will you take care of?

- Calculate reliable, complete, timely and comprehensive standard costs for all new and existing products manufactured or/ and packed at site.

Understand the results and provide insightful explanation of year over year variances.

- Check and collect info for Plant budgets;

- Supervising the monthly management reporting;

- Ensure support in Plant Data collection for**:Direct cost price, structures, performance plans, investments;

- Reconstituting production flows;

- Taking part in site (Plant) projects (Investments and Innovation);

- Prior economic analysis, measurements during and at the end of projects;

- Estimate costs of Requested Technical Studies;

- Estimate costs of recommendations and project options;

- Reviewing the portfolio of projects (halt, launch, relevance/priority, resources);

- Supplier charges calculation for internal and external defects costs.

**Experience cooperation**: You will therefore be involved in a continuous team-working with the Plant functions: production, operations and sales departments.

Qualifications_

What distinguishes you? _

**Education**: Master or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business management or Economics.

**Experience and know-how**: preferable experience in similar function/profile;

**Working Method**: You will work in a structured and reliable environment with a great initiative, responsibility, and problem-solving attitude.

**Personality**: You are a dynamic, goal-oriented person who like challenges with a strong desire to succeed and a customer-obsession mindset is critical for this role.

Ability to interact well with internal different departments with excellent oral and written communication skills.

**Languages**: Mandatory Italian and English.

German will be a plus.
