The Industrial Controller will perform the plant's controlling activities to meet the Division's objectives for accurately, timely, and comprehensively gauging its operating performance.

This person is part of the FP&A global team and reports to the Senior Controlling Manager, collaborating with colleagues from all over the world.

**What you will do**:

- Support in preparation of plant budget within the framework of the profit plan

- Track deviations and communicate analysis of budget deviation to the applicable activity manager

- Monitor progress of budgeted and unbudgeted cost reduction activities

- Interpret financial information generated by plant functions during the month for plant management

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree (B. A. )

from a four-year college or university

- At least one year of related experience and/or training

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- SAP knowledge

- Ability to communicate in and comprehend English, both verbally and in writing
