Industrial Controller
Works in partnership with the Supply Chain Team, developing and implementing effective controlling activities, processes, and tools as well as providing valuable financial insights and recommendations for decision-making. Propose and support initiatives to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and mitigate risks over the Supply Chain value. Your Mission Business Partnering Participate in the definition of the Industrial strategy, budgeting, and planning by providing insights on the financial implications and cost impact. Ensure end-to-end Supply Chain P&L management from strategic planning to execution, with regular follow-up with different stakeholders, defining and monitoring action plans to reach targets. Ensure proper consolidation and understanding of Supply Chain Performance data, financials, and non-financials: Supply chain performance, industrial, labor efficiency, material productivity direct and indirect. Product manufacturing costs and quality analysis, benchmarking, new product launch impacts, factories utilization, Opex analysis. Capex Management: Investment/Divestment. Inventories Management: Cash flow analysis. Support decisions with high-quality financial expertise. Develop the financial acumen across the Supply Chain community, advising and challenging the different stakeholders to develop their ownership in the financial area and maximize the overall efficiency of our Industrial operations. Interface with central, regional, portfolio, and other business organizations to improve the reliability and availability of financial reporting and measurements on Equipment Transformation. Define and improve the Supply Chain Profit and Loss. Implement a productivity tool with Year-on-Year analysis on changes, improve transparency, and create trust with our business stakeholders. Simplify and create the bridge between business performance and Group P&L. Lead and drive the digital finance transformation in our supply chain site. Participate in the One Finance Programme: Speed our digitization journey, implement RPA, BA, BI. Your Profile Master's degree or equivalent in Finance. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Controlling. Strong controlling technical skills, solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounting principles. Experience in SAP FI/CO (Finance/Controlling) in an international and industrial group. Knowledge of controlling processes and business planning principles. Knowledge and/or experience of digital technologies (RPA, blockchain, BA) is an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills; team player. Ability to work in a matrix organization. J-18808-Ljbffr
