About the Role We are seeking a Controller who embodies a commitment to safety and financial excellence. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with corporate financial guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standards while delivering insightful financial analyses and supporting key decision-making processes. This position is based in Altopascio, home to a major production plant for the Tempo brand, a leader in its industry. The role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the financial management of a flagship facility, playing a critical role in supporting its operational and strategic goals.
What You Will Do Cost Analysis: Monitoring production costs and identifying savings opportunities.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Preparing budgets, analyzing variances, and updating financial forecasts.
Financial Reporting: Generating reports and providing insights to support strategic decisions.
Operational Support: Collaborating with production teams to improve efficiency and evaluate new projects.
Inventory Management: Ensuring effective stock management to balance demand and availability.
Audit and Compliance: Ensuring processes align with corporate and legal standards.
Data Systems: Using ERP systems and analytical tools to improve decision-making.
Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial analysis, inventory accounting, and compliance processes.
Strong understanding of corporate financial guidelines and legal accounting standards.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate and collaborate with stakeholders.
Significant experience in industrial sector companies or consultancy firms with a focus on industrial operations.
