www.valextra.comThe position will be based in Milan and directly reporting to the Sr. Controller. Main tasks:Management of the monthly and quarterly reporting of the Group;Evaluation, control and analysis of the Group inventory;Preparation and analysis of the weekly sales report of the Group;Monitoring and analysis of the marginalities of the Group;Support to the accounting department for quarterly closures;Support to the Budget and Business Plan preparation;Support to the Group forecast/reforecast process;Perform ad-hoc analysis;QualificationsBA in Economics or similar;At least 3 years of experience in Finance/Controlling (audit experience is considered a plus and experience in the fashion retail industry as well);Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);Excellent knowledge of the MS office tools (Excel and Power point proficiency);Knowledge of Italian accounting standards (OIC);Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (AX) and Qlik Sense are a plusSoft Skills:Good knowledge of high-end fashion fieldStrong interpersonal communication and communication skillsFlexible to work in a multicultural contextA proactive and positive attitudeTeam workerAble to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneouslySelf-development attitudeSense of ownershipAvailability to business travels abroad
