Your Mission Business PartneringParticipate in the definition of the Industrial strategy, budgeting, planning by providing insights on the financial implications and cost impactEnsure end to end Supply Chain P&L management from strategic planning to execution, with regular follow up with different stakeholders, define and monitor actions plan to reach the targetEnsure proper consolidation and understanding of Supply Chain Performance data, financials, and non-financials Supply chain performance: industrial, Labor efficiency, Material productivity direct and indirectProduct manufacturing costs and quality, analysis, Benchmark, New Product Launch impacts Factories utilization, Opex analysisCapex Management: Investment/DivestmentInventories Management: Cash flow analysisSupport decisions with high quality financial expertiseDevelop the financial acumen across the Supply Chain community, advice and challenge the different stakeholders to develop their ownership on the financial area and maximize the overall efficiency of our Industrial operations Interface with central / regional / portfolio, others business organization to improve the reliability and availability of financial reporting and measurements on Equipment TransformationDefine and Improve the Supply Chain Profit and Loss Implement a productivity Tool with Year-on-Year analysis on Changes, improve transparency and create the trust with our business stakeholdersSimplify and create the bridge with the business performance and Group P&LLead and drive the digital Finance transformation in our supply chain siteParticipate to One Finance Programme: Speed our digitization journey , implement RPA, BA, BIYour Profile Master degree or equivalent in FinanceA Minimum of 5 years' experience in ControllingStrong controlling technical skills, solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounting principlesReports design experience in Qlik Sense Analytics as a plusExperience in SAP FI/CO (Finance/ Controlling) in an international and industrial groupKnowledge of controlling processes & business planning principlesKnowledge and/or experience of digital technologies (RPA, blockchain, BA) is an advantageStrong interpersonal skills, team playerAbility to work in a matrix organizationResult orientationFluent in English, written and spoken
