Location: The position will be based in Milan and will report directly to the Sr.

Controller.

Responsibilities: Management of the monthly and quarterly reporting of the Group; Evaluation, control, and analysis of the Group inventory; Preparation and analysis of the weekly sales report of the Group; Monitoring and analysis of the marginalities of the Group; Support to the accounting department for quarterly closures; Support to the Budget and Business Plan preparation; Support to the Group forecast/reforecast process; Perform ad-hoc analysis; Qualifications: BA in Economics or similar; At least 3 years of experience in Finance/Controlling (audit experience is considered a plus, and experience in the fashion retail industry is preferred); Good knowledge of English (written and spoken); Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint proficiency); Knowledge of Italian accounting standards (OIC); Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (AX) and Qlik Sense is a plus; Soft Skills: Good knowledge of the high-end fashion field; Strong interpersonal communication skills; Flexible to work in a multicultural context; A proactive and positive attitude; Able to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Self-development attitude; Sense of ownership; Availability for business travel abroad; Seniority Level: Entry level
