Position Summary We're looking for an Industrial Controlling Analyst.

The position will be fully involved in Opex and Capex processes.

The candidate will manage both forecast/budget activities and variance analysis.

The position contributes to the accuracy of monthly closing and weekly indicators while respecting deadlines and Dana policies.

Moreover, the position participates in studies and action plans together with local management and all departments of the Grand Reggio entities to provide controlling tools and support to improve the profitability of the business.

Main responsibilities Lead the Opex process by collaborating with functions, collecting data from them, and performing monthly reports.

Manage ICM (Capex tool) from a controlling standpoint and match data with HFM and our ERP SAP System.

Manage the Capex process in SAP (new assets, depreciation process, dismissals…) for Local and US GAAP purposes.

Manage the Pro-Lease System (US GAAP purposes), monthly updates, and reconciliation with SAP GL.

Analyze actual data, check variances, and support functions to propose corrective actions.

Main opportunities and challenges: CONTRIBUTION IMPACT TO:Preparation of the rolling forecasts, budget, and variance analysis. Definition and follow-up with IT of the improvements needed in SAP. Implementation of new Dana policies and providing studies required by Management.

Major Internal Relationships: Local: Controlling, Accounting (local and shared services), HR, Purchase, ENG, IT, and SG&A. Intragroup: Finance BU and Corporate, Logistic, continuous improvement, other entities.

Job Position Requirements Professional background:

Controlling experience in medium and large companies (preferably manufacturing plants) for 3 years or more.

Mandatory knowledge of Italian and English languages.

Knowledge of ERP Systems.

Considered as a plus:

SAP FI-CO and/or other modules.

Soft Skills Stress resistant.
