- Can manage or lead a team (Hierarchical or Functional) (If N°1) through a deep knowledge (ERP) and related process, based on practical experiences.

- A significant mid-term impact on Production unit/function overall results.

- Identify problems and improve, change or adapt existing methods, tools and techniques from personal experiences and feedback

- Contribution to the development of a new system or to evolutions of the already existing system, propose necessary adaptations in terms of tools and Industrial Supply Chain processes upon industrial strategy.

- Explain facts, practices, and deploy policies, etc.
