Role Summary

**Essential Functions

- give technical assistance to existing and new clients, seeking efficiency in existing projects and supporting in technology transfer of new aseptic products

- support the Clients solving problems connected to the introduction of new equipment and processes

- maintain relations with suppliers

- collaborate with the team to define the budget needed for optimization projects through the analysis of data, information and other Functions needs

- ensure continuous improvement of existing equipment to meet the highest quality and technical standards

- give technical support during the introduction of new equipment, assuring the implementation of new productive processes, defining budget, managing the related activities, and providing the whole documentation

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English and Italian

- Superior interpersonal and communication skills and ability to organize and coordinate activities with time and budget constrains

- Experience in a client facing role, attention to client

- At least 5 years of experience in commercial manufacturing plants

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanic Engineering, Automation Engineering or similar fields is preferred
