A. , a privately-owned Italian company that specializes in the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of earthmoving machines, undercarriages, and spare parts, has an opening for a Vehicle Embedded Software Specialist.

Main Accountabilities:

The resource, reporting to the Manufacturing Process Engineer leader, will be responsible for developing and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, supporting activities and initiatives aimed at improving the industrial performance of the site, particularly by eliminating waste, improving flexibility, labor efficiency, and service levels.

Job Description:

Support the success of process improvement initiatives by implementing policies, procedures, and process documentation, and coordinating with the various functions involvedContribute to the transformation of the plant, technology transfer, and continuous maintenance of value streamsContribute to the implementation of demand-driven production fundamentals and strategies that support operational excellence and long-term plans (flexibility, speed, and responsiveness)Ensure that product, material, and information flows are synchronized to achieve maximum efficiency and minimum operating costs by designing and leading the implementation of line-side carts and workstationsWork closely with production personnel to promote continuous improvement of production methods, systems, and controlsMonitor and supervise methodological correctness in project development, efficient use of resources, and robustness of results, with the aim of providing timely feedback to the involved structuresAct as a facilitator for change management, implementation of major improvement programs, and effective measurement of Key Performance IndicatorsEducation:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Personal / Technical Skills:

Good knowledge of Lean principles and CAD softwareCommunication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving abilitiesOrganizational skills and proactivityAbility to work in a teamKnowledge of line balancing and ergonomic principlesLanguage: Must be fluent in both Italian and English
