Contribution to the identification of solutions, design of new processes and evaluation of the performance of initiatives. Implementation of changes and optimizations: you will collaborate with the team to implement the identified improvements.

This could include the definition of new processes, the implementation of new tools or the introduction of optimization techniques. Support in documentation: drafting technical documentation, such as data analysis reports, project reports or standard operating procedures. Training and personal development: you will have the opportunity to participate in training sessions and workshops to deepen your technical skills and become familiar with continuous improvement tools and methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen. Cross-functional collaboration: you will work closely with different departments within the company, such as production, engineering, quality and logistics, to fully understand how the entire production chain works. Monitoring results: you will monitor the effectiveness of the implemented changes and collect feedback from operators in the field. Who You AreTechnical knowledge: solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies, technologies and methodologies used in production processes. Problem-solving: Ability to analyze data, identify problems or inefficiencies in production processes and propose effective solutions to improve them. Teamwork skills: Being able to collaborate with different people and departments within the company, communicating effectively and actively contributing to improvement projects. Learning skills: Being open to learning new skills and acquiring specific knowledge related to production and the paper industry.
