The **Industrial Engineering Manager** is part of the Supply Chain function, and reports to the Industrial & Process Engineering Manager.

At a mid-senior level experience, the Industrial Engineer takes care of the industrialization projects, defining production line layouts, following the product development in the prototyping and pre-series part, defining the methods of components and machinery manufacturing to comply with the technical features and functionalities defined by the Offering function.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead projects for industrial layouts and innovation of industrial processes through the study of new methodologies and tools, including the possible automation/robotization of production processes;

- Guarantee the proper usage of the production lines as planned, guaranteeing the continuity of Manufacturing and Logistics

- Ensure compliance between product requests vs production constraints, and the technical functionality of the machine

- Ensure compliance with the go to market times

- Define on Make or buy logics
