**The role** will report to Plant Manager and will be responsible for the following activities:

- Participate in the definition of technologies, lines and processes;

- Design of workstations in order to increase efficiency and ergonomics;

- Activities in WCM program;

- Lead the continuous improvement activities and the new products development process;

- Support the implementation of Industry 4. 0 inside the plant;

- New machines and lines design and coordination with external suppliers.

Analytical and planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile.

English knowledge is basic requirements.
