Job Description INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING: Product and Process Industrialization SpecialistEfficient management of the development and maintenance of processes for all s. l. p.

regarding efficiency, performance (OEE), quality and continuous improvement aspects, through corporate tools of lean manufacturing.

Qualifications Development of new processesExecution of advanced projects on new processes. Execution of simultaneous engineering between product/process development. Execution of cost engineering estimates on modifications in existing processes. Study, design, and implementation of automatic and semi-automatic assembly lines. Execution of scope of supply (SOR) for new equipment. Execution of supply purpose release (SOR) for existing lines or modifications. Supplier management in the development of new lines and processes. Management of plant continuous improvementExecution of analysis to implement new process solutions on existing equipment. Execution of analyses 5S/8D: problem root cause definition. Follow ramp-up of new processes. Execution of shared action plans to improve. Daily analysis of process data and comparison to define new areas of action to improve process performance. Execution of the plant's largest facilities. Process documentation developmentLead inter-functional meetings to develop PFMEA. Participate actively in OEE committee and promote Health and Safety activities. Development of process instructions and training staff for new processes. Design of medium implementations on existing equipment/processes. Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs. Interdisciplinary activitiesSupport for ramp-up of new processes. Support for bill of material management. Support for process innovation activities. Support the plant's critical processes. Support for the implementation of the plant layout. Product Knowledge, Quality Tools, SAP, AutoCAD knowledge, Automotive processes knowledge, Continental Customer complaint handling process, Logical Thinking, Systematic Approach, Problem Solving, Negotiation skills, Reading technical drawings.

Requirements English fluent. University degree in (mechanical) engineering or compliance education. Several years of experience in large series production in Automotive. Experience in handling complex projects. Additional InformationExperience in automotive process development preferred.

Experience in working with international teams on production topics and understanding of foreign cultures, dealing with international customers, ideally with customers abroad, proficient English is mandatory.
