From Design phase (PDP) and through the manufacturing life of equipment, develop and provide relevant tools, recommendation and information in order to supply, manufacture, test and install the product at the right safety, quality, cost and LT levels.

Support production to ensure achievement of customer project targets and implementation of preventive actions.

Drive technical documentation alignment throught all Sidel Sites from equipment configuration to installation and test.

Support transversal program on modular test and continuous imporvement

**Your Mission**:

- Define technical documentation rules and manage implementation transversally on Sidel Sites

- Support the design tools and jigs needed to assemble and test components to commit in quality, cost and LT requirements

- Participate to the design review with ETO and sourcing teams

- Define make or buy strategy

- Organize the management of the Standard Operation Procedure for the installation

- Support production team to ensure the achievement of customer project target

- Propose corrective and preventive action in coordination with production

- Define the master production data (Routing, sequence, hours.

)

- Support of the analysis of the manpower hours on all activities per deals

**Your Profile**:

- **Education**:

Master Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic Engineering preferred)

- **Computer Skills**:

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, ect)

SAP

- **Language requirements**:

Fluent English, written and spoken.

French is a plus

- ** Required experience and skills**:

3+ years of experience in suppy chain, production or industrialization

Mechanical and Electrical skills / knowledge

Knowledge of Lean tools and methodology

Ability to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional and international teams;

Leadership and communication skills: be able to communicate effectively at all levels, and with all functions;

Proactive, strong problem solving/analytical attitude;

Strong sense of self-motivation and determined;
