**About the Role

Coordinating a team of 3 people, you will be involved in:

- Define the industrialization process of electronic components and boards, HMI solutions and IPC;

- Handle cost control, feasibility studies, and proposal related to the product;

- Managing certifications and regulations related to specific technologies;

- Be the first technical point of reference for customers.

The position is based in Fiorano Modenese.

**What You Need to be Successful

- Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field;

- At least 4 years of proven work experience in a similar role within the production of electronic assemblies or an internship experience with a master's thesis on the electronic production process;

- Good knowledge of technologies applied to the assembly of electronic components and their control (SMT, THT/PTH, conformal coating, etc. . );

- Problem-solving skills related to the above production processes;

- Knowledge of certifications related to cost and risk in electronics will be considered an asset;

- Knowledge of maintenance management is considered a plus;

- Good communication skills, ability to build solid relationships;

- Fluency in English is essential.
