We are looking to hire an **Industrial IT Coordinator**, **for our Italian plant in **Colognola ai Colli (VR)**.

**Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes**:

- Act as link between end users and higher-level support

- Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality

- Monitor system and network performance

- Provide technical support or training for systems and networks

- Deep understanding of manufacturing business process to make business analysis of the requests coming from the plant.

- Report incidents and changes to the management of the plant.

- Project management for the projects assigned to the plant.

- Budget management to ensure the proper use of the budget assigned to the plant IT.

- Diploma/Degree in IT related field

- 3 years of IT working experience with focus on production & supply chain processes within a manufacturing environment

- Proven experience managing IT teams in an industrial environment.

- Knowledge of SAP PP/QM/PM modules

- Ability to communicate successfully verbally and in writing

- Experience in working both independently and as a team member

- Fluent in both Italian and English (oral and written)
