INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS MANAGER**:

The resource, will be responsible for**supporting the Industrial Relations team with the goal of achieving assigned departmental targets**, in line with global and local strategy and DPDHL Group policies.

**MAIN TASKS**:

- Manage disciplinary proceedings

- Assist in the resolution of labor law issues

- Manage the investigation of labor disputes

- Actively participate in discussions at local and national level with trade unions on labor, contractual or organizational issues

- Support /Collaborate in the management of relations with Trade Unions and ensure the renewal of supplementary company contracts

- Verify the compliance with the jurisprudential regulations regarding the different aspects of the subordinate and parasubordinate employment relationship

- Collaborate with external suppliers to resolve any issues related to labor relations and industrial relations (labor consultants, law firms, etc.

)

- Verify and monitor the conditions applied to its employees by partners to ensure homogeneity

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor DegreeinJurisprudence or equivalent

- Solid experience in the field of Industrial Relations (minimum 6years) within multinational companies

- Willingness to travel within the regional and national territory (at least 25% of the time), self-driven

- Good knowledge of office package

- Good knowledge of the English language written and spoken (Intermediate)
