Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the Industrial Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing VST's labour relation strategy, guaranteeing positive employee relations within the organization. He/she plays a crucial role in promoting a harmonious work environment by addressing employee concerns, handling labour disputes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. Responsibilities: Act as the single point of contact for Industrial & Labour law for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with 900 employees in Italy. Be part of an international HR team with opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations as well as HR policies & procedures. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Degree in Labour Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 years of experience in Industrial/Labour relations management.
