Industrial Relations Manager Vst
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the Industrial Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing VST's labour relation strategy, guaranteeing positive employee relations within the organization.
He/she plays a crucial role in promoting a harmonious work environment by addressing employee concerns, handling labour disputes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. He/she will act as the Industrial & Labour law single point of contact for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with ~900 employees in Italy performing activities in Network and Digital & IT areas.
He/she will be part of an international HR team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe. Responsibilities:Strong knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations as well as HR policies & proceduresExcellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Must have technical / professional qualifications:Degree in Labour Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field5+ years of experience in Industrial/Labour relations managementWorried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
