We are looking for:
**INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS, PAYROLL & PEOPLE SERVICES MANAGER**:
**Main responsibilities**:
As a part of the HR Services team, reporting directly to the HR Director, the person is in charge of the Industrial Relations and of the Payroll of the Italian Company.
As Industrial Relations Manager, the person supports the Corporate and HRBPs of all the Italian's Plants, manages Union and individual negotiations, employee relations, labor litigation, and labour law enforcement to best support the business in all labor and union law areas.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Create company policy and guidelines for employees management.
- Formulate company internal regulations and supervise their implementation.
- Draft labor contracts.
- Manage Dispute Preventing and Resolution, litigation and disciplinary measures.
- Confrontation with trade unions, workers and Institutional authorities.
- Dialogue with social counterparts and negotiation with union representatives.
- Negotiation and second-level agreements both local and national.
- Relations with various professional figures within the organization (plant's HRBP and support to colleagues in other functions in all issues related to industrial relations) and external (trade unionists, external professionals, etc.
).
- Confrontation/coordination activities with employer associations (e. g.
API, Industrial Association, etc. )
on issues of common interest (training, contract renewals, etc.
).
As Payroll and People Services Manager:
- Manage the full payroll process, including time management activities, cooperating with the external payroll provider and with the internal departments (Finance, Accounting, etc. )
leading a wide team of skilled HR Administration and Payroll Specialists.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in HR Management, Economics or Law.
- Experience in Industrial and Social Relations management gained preferably in manufacturing companies.
- Deep knowledge of labor law.
Knowledge of Payroll is a plus.
- Good relational and negotiation skill.
- Persuasive and team-worker, problem solver and solution builder.
- Able to lead projects of people mindset transformation.
- Fluent in English.
