We are looking for an Industrial Relations Specialist for our branches in Castel San Pietro Terme (BO) or Campogalliano (MO).

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BEDrafting of employment contracts (commitments, employment letters, extensions, transformations) and company regulationsSupervision of the preparation of recruitment documents and support in the negotiation of agreements and contractsDrafting of dismissal letters, evaluation of incentives, litigation, disciplinary proceedingsAnalysis, interpretation and application of the contractual and legal rules governing the employment relationshipUpdating companies on new regulationsSupport remuneration policies and assessment of possible cost-saving incentivesParticipation and support for trade union meetingsSupport activities in the procurement phase (cost analysis, assessment of legal risks), management of the change of contractWHO YOU AREYou hold a degree in Law or Master's degree as Corporate Legal (Corporate Legal/Business Lawyer)You hold professional qualificationYou have 2 to 3 years of experience in similar rolesYou speak English fluentlyYou're willing to travel across northern ItalyDO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
