Industrial Sales Representative
Overview:
We are looking for an Industrial Sales Representative!
The Industrial Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing revenue and profits within an assigned geography area by selling products to existing customers and acquiring new business.
The Industrial Sales Representative is also responsible for implementation of common processes, tools and programs that will enable MSA better utilize existing resources while increasing the customer coverage and market share.
This position reports to the Industrial Sales Manager Southern Europe and provide her support in planning organizational development, sales and growth plans regarding assigned territory.
**Responsibilities**:
**Specific duties and responsibilities include**:
- Manage the sales through the channel partner network within the assigned territory in order to deliver on goals and sales targets by understanding both local market specifics and local organizational resources.
- Monitor Product Portfolio Management which should result in constantly improving customer coverage by offering Best Product Mix.
- Organize/attend meetings and events with channel partners and end users
- Generate new business opportunities by meetings with customers (End Users and Channel partners)
- Monitor the Sales activities results on regular basis
- Support Industry Sales Manager to pro-actively manage Channel Partner agreements that will increase MSA share of customer, while supporting Channel partner Market Development plans
- Understand customer needs/drivers to improve Customer acquisition and loyalty
- Suggest improvements that can boost MSA strategic position on local markets
- Implement programs that will increase market share, customer coverage and product coverage within the territory assigned, while focusing efforts on Core products and products with high fitness rankings.
Prioritize Business opportunities and responsibly plan how to utilize resources.
- Up to 5% assess, monitor and report activities of competitive environment for the Industrial Sales Manager

**Special knowledge, skills and abilities required**:
- Strong focus on customers' business and how to achieve the correct behaviors for success.
- Demonstrated ability to identify new customers and to develop business partnerships and/or business expansion
- Capacity to be a partner with key stakeholders of other sales channels.
- Ability to monitor and analyze sales KPIs use other reporting tools
- Demonstrated competitive and passionate skills for results
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Sound organizational and multi-tasking skills.
The position includes 80% travels. Qualifications:
**Education and experience required**:
- High school and/or University degree (technical background)
- 3 years in PPE sales or similar business field (industrial customers)
- The applicant must be fluent in English
- Preferred:_
- University degree (technical background or economy studies)
- 2 Years in managing end users and channel partner relationships
