Take ownership for business growth As an IS Software Commercial Leader, you will have the chance to design and lead execution of the commercial strategy for IS software solutions, crafting blueprints that position the company to the forefront of the digital industrial revolution. You will also be responsible for: Conducting market research and competitive analysis, in partnership with product and marketing teams, to identify emerging trends and opportunities for our APM solutions. Developing a robust, detailed software commercial strategy that maximizes market share and recurring revenue growth. Creating value propositions that resonate with our target clients. Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of the commercial strategy. Analyzing market performance, identifying areas for improvement, and refining strategy for continuous optimization. Owning global commercial estimates for software solutions, providing visibility at all times on main risks and plans on how to mitigate them, as well as consulting with sales teams on win strategies for key deals. Supporting the process of creating innovative and competitive pricing models that drive sales and support the transition of new and existing clients to new commercial structures tailored to their needs. To be successful in this role you will: 8 years experience in commercial roles - sales, technical or operations - in a multinational company. Keen understanding of Energy and Industrial sectors, with specific focus on digital transformation trends and APM market. Solid technical knowledge of technology and solutions targeting asset health, asset strategy and defect elimination. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging messaging for a diverse audience. Exceptional leadership skills and strong self-starter spirit. Data-driven decision-making with passion for uncovering insights.
