Are you our new Industrial Technical Trainer?

As an Industrial Technical Trainer, you take care of the design and development of trainings, ensuring quality, compliance with deadlines and you are responsible for the training planning of the projects.

If you own a relevant Engineering degree, you have professional technical knowledge of product aspects, training techniques and you speak Italian and English fluently, then read on!

**What will you be doing on a daily basis?

- Develop and prepare training courses as required by the National Sales Company;

- Provide effective technical training to the staff of the dealership, keep them updated about new products and about all technical issues according to their needs, according to the Technical Training Center guideline;

- Be constantly updated on the technical and technological innovations of the commercial vehicles market to ensure a high level of competence during the delivery of courses;

- Take care of the equipment (diagnostic tools, cars, projectors, etc.

);

- Ability to carry out training as F2F (classroom both training center and dealership) or VCT (Web training);

**Who are you?

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive) or equivalent automotive field experience;

- Approx.

2 to 3 years of experience as Technical Trainer in the Automotive industry;

- Knowledge of After-sales automotive processes;

- Knowledge of traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Excellent team player and oriented to continuous improvement;

- Excellent ability to use MS Office package;

- Fluency in Italian and B2 level of English.

**Working pattern**:

- Turin

- 40 hours per week
