ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL).

As an Industrialization Engineer, you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards and managing the introduction of new products.

Main Responsibilities: Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders. Drive unresolved problems to the appropriate groups, by working with technical office, quality, and tooling engineering. Verify the work cycle of the components using the data from the pre-series area. Verify the accuracy of the bill of materials (BOM). Verify the correctness of work cycles declared by avanserie. Conduct field inspections of workpieces by interfacing with department heads, shift leaders, area managers, and the quality department. Execute tests in the department. Interface with the shop floor for execution and validation of tests. Interface with UT for component design. Verify eyeglass status transitions. PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE You have a Degree in Engineering. You have at least 2 years of experience in a complex environment. Good knowledge of MS Office. You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, are proactive, and inspire others to be proactive. You see solutions, not problems, and excel at solving them. You love challenges and take your responsibilities seriously. You are flexible and can adapt in a context of constant change. You possess strong facilitation and communication skills.
