Description**:

- This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of industrial processes. _

**What you will do**:

- Design and conduct industrial trials to test the efficiency and effectiveness of new production processes;

- Analyze trial results, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize production;

- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new technologies and methods into existing processes;

- Support in the development and maintaining the system for coding new materials used in production;

- Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of materials throughout the production process;

- Work with supply chain and quality teams to streamline material usage and reduce waste;

- Oversee the commissioning of new production lines, including setup, testing, and validation;

- Provide training and support to production staff on new line operations and maintenance;

- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and quality.

**Who you are**:

- _Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (_Industrial Chemistry);_

- _Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment;_

- _Proficiency in programming and automation tools relevant to process engineering;_

- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in managing industrial trials and commissioning projects;_

- _Knowledge of industry standards, compliance regulations, and safety protocols;_

- _Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies will be considered a plus;_

- _Familiarity with CAD software and with Rheology technique will be considered a plus;_

- _Good knowledge of spoken and written english. _
