INDUSTRY 4. 0 MANAGER - Aerospace Sector - Rome/TurinHe/she will be in charge of the following tasks:

- Manage and optimize the entire Manufacturing IS/data landscape and related solutions with business partners in all countries - Contribute to data analytics for Industry business purposes, with business partners - Mid-term planning including Project Portfolio, Obsolescence remediation and Make or Buy strategy - Efficiently communicate with business users, employees, contractors for satisfactory relationships and quality work.

Manage the Transnational team with agile mindset, while complying withCompany administrative procedures and keeping employee motivation at its best

- Budget definition, follow-up and optimization, including optimization (with Purchasing) of license portfolio and contracts - Manage Project portfolio and priorities for legacy evolutions - Manage contractors on a service oriented manner

- Deep knowledge of Manufacturing execution systems and its links with PLM and ERP- Internet of things and related data analytics for Industrial purposes - Mid-term planning and team organization, including Make or Buy strategy - Efficient communication with business users, employees, contractors - Teamwork with leadership skills, Agile methodology and management of change.

- Budget definition, follow-up and optimization

- Management of contractors on a service oriented manner
