**Job Purpose

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for delivering the business plan and assure customer value by consulting with dealers to market Caterpillar products and services, assisting in the development of dealer sales capability.

You will take full ownership of the Go To market plan for the new products introduction and you will work on the execution of the plan.

This position will cover Northern European countries.

**Background

This position requires a college or university degree or equivalent experience.

Incumbents usually have had 6 to 8 years prior experience in field assignments and have demonstrated the ability to work independently, to communicate effectively and to influence others in the work group, dealer personnel and customers.
